MENUS
LOLA takes her cues from the soulful vibe of Coastal Mexico.  While the regions of Oaxaca, Yucatan, Baja, Veracruz and the Northern Pacific Coast influence the dishes, it is the use of seasonal, local and sustainable ingredients that give LOLA her contemporary feel.

With the kitchen mantra "somos artesanos," (we are craftsmen) the chefs are able to stay focused on the many traditional crafts of mexican cooking such as hand rolled tortillas, house made chorizo, sopes and tamales.

LOLA's dishes are anything but subtle and use smoke, spice, chiles, charring and roasting to create bold flavors that reflect the spirit and culture of mexican cooking.
