Thanks to everyone that joined us at our #RegionsofMexico dinner last night. A highlight was the Ancas de Rana al Mojo de Ajo // a traditional preparation of frog legs. @seelymike's take on this dish was rojo marinated frog legs that were fried up crispy, plated with a buttermilk roasted garlic sauce & as salsa de lima agria, which is a citrus cucumber salsa.
