We had such a great time at #SlowFoodNations this weekend! Chef @chefdarthfader teamed up with @slowfoodmexico for an Art of Ancient Tortillas workshop. Attendees of the sold out workshop witnessed Benedicta’s incredible tortilla process, tasted a delicious Cocinita Pibil from @chefdarthfader, and learned all about tortillas from Chef @rick_bayless.
